COACHING
1:1 Sessions in-person or online, Walk & Talks and Workshops
Accredited intuitive coaching for women who are ready for healing and soul-level change.
This isn’t a set programme, every session adapts to you. I weave together body-based practices, somatic tools, Reiki, EFT, nervous system regulation, and deep listening to meet you where you are and guide you towards the shifts you’re ready for.
Each session is shaped by what will support you most in that moment, helping you release stress and overwhelm, navigate change, and return home to yourself.

Hello, I’m Lucy, educator, mentor, coach, yoga teacher, and a trusted guide for women ready to embrace courage, step into bravery, and tune out the noise to build a life they truly deserve.
With 25+ years in education, mentoring, and guiding people through challenge and change, I bring that same depth of understanding into my coaching and yoga. I weave breath, body awareness, and deep listening together with somatic and trauma-informed practices to help you rediscover your Self.
This is not about following a set process. We move with the rhythm of your energy, starting with self-trust and growing into insight, release, and real-life transformation. Clients leave our sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves; noticing ‘a-ha’ moments that inspire new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
I truly believe in your capacity to heal, to call in confidence, and to make changes that honour and fulfill your life. Together, we create a space where courage meets choice, and real, sustainable change can take root.

Coaching with Lucy provides a safe, comforting, but professional environment for me to explore.
